Hi. I'm Ashley.

I've worked in various education-related roles over the past 15 years, both within the United States and internationally. While working in Beijing, China, I worked with several R&D teams to enhance educational programs with the use of technology. We created interactive flip charts for smart boards, online learning courses, and mobile applications. I have also written storyboards, recorded audio, and worked with green screen to create content for several projects. Since returning to the US, I have continued to expand my understanding of the ways in which technology can be used to facilitate learning, particularly in relation to eLearning course development.

Project:  Resolutions Weight Management Center

Resolutions Weight Management Center* has a quarterly client retention rate of 15%. They would like to increase the effectiveness of their low-carb program in order to attract and retain more clients. In order to determine how to satisfy customers, they collected survey data to determine ways in which they can help the clients succeed in their weight management goals and improve the customers' overall experience.

The primary goal is to increase client retention by 20% by the end of the year. To do this, Resolutions Weight Management Center aims to provide more educational support to the clients.

Project: Apothecary Teas

Apothecary Teas*  has its menu and ordering system set up on tablets so that customers can take their time selecting from dozens of high-quality teas. The teahouse found customers often did not know the differences between the types of teas available. Customers would often ask the staff to explain details about the different tea categories.  In order to keep operations running smoothly, the teahouse decided to add an interactive menu to their teahouse tablets that explained the categories of tea and the noteworthy differences between them. This addition is expected to free up staff time and improve customer satisfaction by aiding the customer in making tea selections that best suit their preferences.
